Beauty
The kind of beauty that one cannot describe,
The kind of woman who is quite hard to find,
Once you’ve seen her you must surely be blind,
If you cannot grasp that she is only one of her kind;
Her eyes are like fires blazing hotter than hell,
Her eyes shine brighter than any stars in the night sky,
Once you’ve looked into them you’d find it hard to die,
She’ll fill you with passionate desires that make your heart fly;

Thus life is quite tragic and not a dreamy fairytale,

She keeps on writing and I can’t resist the urge to read,
She has me holding on I’ve tied a knot at the end of the rope,
And so I wonder if I’ve lost it because I’m not high on some dope,
Perhaps that will be the end of me an overdose of optimism and hope.

Returning to my blog after a long vacation from WordPress, more than two years actually since my last post! How time flies, one does not realize. So, as my first post as I return home I’ve decided to write about a subject everyone can share their thoughts about and that subject is beauty. Since I’ve been away for so long, this post might get a little long also in part due to all the lovely quotes I have collected and would like to share with you all.

Beauty is something we can relate to in a multitude ways, depending mainly on where we are in our journey of life. And while there are many views relating to beauty, it is heartbreak that I’m leaning towards while writing this post today.
And I don’t mean that heartbreak is beautiful, it can be poetic perhaps; but it is certainly not beautiful. But I’ve found that the cause of heartbreak is always beautiful; it may be tragic but it is always beautiful. Why? Because if you fell in love, it means you found beauty, in a person, a relationship, or in the little things that everyone else fails to notice.
Whatever it may be, it is certainly an undeniable fact that love is always beautiful.

You may never get an opportunity again to even speak to someone you once deeply cared for, but you will never forget how beautiful they were, what they meant to you and especially how they made you feel.
Sometimes in life, you come across people that change the way you look at life and what you want from it. They come in to your life and create chaos in your heart, mind and especially your brain.
Perhaps that is what makes them so beautiful in our eyes, as Oscar Wilde said, “The very essence of romance is uncertainty”.

Sometimes I do wonder, the person you find beautiful and absolutely irresistible is hardly perfect. In fact it can be quite the opposite! The fact is that love, beauty and emotions are not bound by rules, virtues and personal beliefs. Who I am and whom I choose to love can be very different from each other. But that can be quite disastrous and have serious consequences and yet, it might not seem like much of a deterrent when you find someone to be beautiful.

And so, what I find beautiful could certainly be the death of me, it is of little importance when it comes to matters of the heart. Thus, being an eternal optimist I certainly hope that if such a situation arises, that love will find a way to triumph; any and all heartbreaks along the way are risks that will have to be dealt with.
